Hill Hotel is the newest business hotel in Sofia of the FPI Hotels & Resorts. At the moment the FPI Hotels & Resorts portfolio consists of three business hotels – Arena di Serdica Residence Hotel, Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel and Hill Hotel; two apartment houses in Sofia – Apartment House Iztok and Apartment House Bulgaria and two holiday complexes – Santa Marina Holiday Village by the Black Sea coast and St. Ivan Rilski Hotel, SPA & Apartments in the Pirin Mountain.

At the end of 2007 FPI Hotels & Resorts was recognized as the most successful Bulgarian hotel chain by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association.
