Hill Hotel is the newest business hotel of the FPI Hotels & Resorts in Sofia. At the moment the FPI Hotels & Resorts portfolio consists of four business hotels – Arena di Serdica Residence Hotel, Crystal Palace Boutique Hotel, Greenville Hotel and Apartment Houses and Hill Hotel; two apartment houses in Sofia – Apartment House Iztok and Apartment House Bulgaria and two holiday villages – one by the Black Sea coast – Santa Marina Holiday Village and one in the Pirin Mountain – St. Ivan Rilski Hotel SPA&Apartments.
At the end of 2007 FPI Hotels & Resorts was recognized as the most successful Bulgarian hotel chain by the Bulgarian Hotel and Restaurant Association.
